A-S Medication Solutions was forced to recall nearly 200,000 bottles of extra-strength acetaminophen tablets when it was discovered they included incomplete prescription drug labels instead of the required OTC drug facts sheet. The 100-count bottles of 500 mg tablets were distributed nationwide by Humana as part of a Health Essentials kit that also included items like hand sanitizer, face masks, and cough drops.
